Gran Tierra Energy entered into the Rio Magdalena Association Contract in February 2002. GTE is the operator of the Rio Magdalena Block and has a 100% working interest. A Private Farm Out Agreement is signed with Delavaco which is subject to Ecopetrol and ANH approval.
