We have achieved significant milestones, strengthened our operations, and continued to positively impact the communities and environments where we work. One of the most exciting aspects of this progress has been the expansion of our operations into new regions. EXPANDING OUR REACH Our exploration program in Ecuador’s Oriente region led to seven promising discoveries, securing our long-term presence in the country and enabling us to build lasting partnerships and invest in initiatives that will focus on the communities near our operations. After careful evaluation, we expanded into western Canada, acquiring new assets and launching operations. This expansion has boosted production, increased reserves, and strengthened profitability while diversifying our product streams and capital allocation opportunities. It has also broadened our expertise, strengthening knowledge-sharing across our Company. BUILDING A STRONGER TEAM In Ecuador, we have expanded our local workforce, supported by international subject matter experts, to manage our increasing activity in the region. Our new Canadian team members are already contributing their leadership and expertise across our operations. This exchange of knowledge strengthens our Company and creates meaningful career opportunities as we build a highly skilled workforce that is deeply invested in our mission. A CULTURE OF SAFETY Safety is at the core of everything we do, guiding our decisions and culture. Our top priority is ensuring the well-being of our employees, contractors, and the communities near our operations. Safety isn’t just a policy—it’s a mindset we carry with us every day, whether at our well sites, on the road, or in the office. In 2024, we maintained our strong safety record, with zero lost-time incidents throughout the year. This achievement and our ongoing efforts to improve safety performance reflect our team’s commitment to ensuring everyone returns home safely each day. As we continue to grow, we are embedding this same safety culture into our operations in Ecuador and Canada, ensuring that our new teams fully align with our existing standards and expectations. CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT We are committed to protecting the land, water, and air where we operate. Our approach to environmental responsibility has remained consistent: we go Beyond Compliance to create long-term benefits for the regions where we work. This year, we made significant progress towards our goal of eliminating surface water intake and achieving water neutrality throughout the business. In Colombia, we are leading efforts to reduce our reliance on surface water by utilizing non-potable saline water and treated industrial water for enhanced oil recovery. Key to this effort was our role in advancing a regulatory reform permitting the use of water produced from non-oil-producing subsurface zones for enhanced oil recovery. This change reduces the need to inject surface water alleviates pressure on shared water resources. Our flagship NaturAmazonas program, developed in partnership with Conservation International, continues to lead reforestation efforts, restore ecosystems, and address environmental challenges in Colombia. At our new Acordionero Forestry Centre, we launched an aquaponics project to sustainably produce fresh fish and vegetables— we hope to share this technology with local communities to increase local production and food security. ENGAGING COMMUNITIES The communities near our operations in Canada, Colombia, and Ecuador are critical to our success. We aim to be trusted partners and commit to investing in projects that deliver lasting benefits and align with local and national priorities. This year, we supported initiatives related to entrepreneurship, sustainable agriculture, education, and youth empowerment. Our recent exploration successes in Ecuador enabled us to begin planning long-term social investments aligned with community priorities. LOOKING AHEAD As we progress through 2025 as a stronger and more diverse Company, we remain committed to doing business the right way—by working closely with all our stakeholders to meet our obligations, minimize our footprint, empower communities, and strengthen relationships everywhere we operate. Thank you for your continued support and trust.
