To ensure that our operations are being carried out with ethical and transparent performance, Gran Tierra holds its suppliers, vendors and contractors to stringent compliance, anti-corruption, nonconflict, safety and other guidelines in order to stay in good standing. The Company also conducts its operations in strict alignment with the International Labour Organization (ILO) Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as outlined in the 1998 ILO Declaration. This commitment reflects a deep respect for internationally recognized labour standards and human rights and is integral to the Company’s ethical framework and operational integrity. Additionally, the Company has a zero tolerance policy for child and forced labour within our operations and in our supply chain.
